Lactobacillus strains are good bacteria that produce lactic acid in the vagina (this is the acid that keeps our pH level between 3.5 - 4.5 and prevents bad bacteria from overgrowing!). Lactobacillus is the most studied strain of bacteria and has shown time after time its safety and effectiveness in fighting BV. One study showed that taking Lactobacillus on a daily basis cured BV in 87.5% of women after only 4 weeks!
Bifidobacterium is another type of extremely beneficial & friendly bacteria. Quick results
I started taking the probiotics during a yeast infection, Im not sure if the yeast infection cream or the probiotics did the trick, but my symptoms went away within a few hours of taking the probiotics. Im now taking them on a daily basis and havent gotten a yeast infections in the past 3 months.

Direct correlation to lowering pH!
Before I started the probiotics my pH level was at 5.5. Thats the reason I kept getting BV. Two months into taking the probiotics, my pH level is down to 3.5. It works for me and Ill keep buying this item!

Got rid of BV !!
I use to struggle with BV for years . Doctors would throw me antibiotics not caring that it was destroying my good bacteria in my vagina I had no clue until I began to research for myself . My bv was triggered by sex/sexual activity. Literally EVERY SINGLE TIME. Sometimes I would jus have the irritation sometimes I would have the brown discharge with it . Definitely worth the price!
Your health (mental and physical) doesnt have a price tag. If you are visiting this page you are probably desperate for a solution (just like I was!). I live an active lifestyle (working out a lot, surfing, going out, drinking) and BV caught me off guard! At first, I thought this was a one-time thing and that the antibiotics will clear it for good. I was naive to think that. BV kept coming back every single month. All of a sudden, my active lifestyle brought me anxiety.
