    • Which Probiotic Supplement is Best For Me?

    • Will the Probiotics Help Me With BV, Yeast Infections, and/or UTIs?

    • Should I Take the Probiotics During an Antibiotic Treatment?

      • Yes! Antibiotics do not distinguish between good and bad bacteria. Taking antibiotics will kill both good and bad bacteria and leave you with a "blank slate". We find it to be very effective to take the probiotics during the antibiotic treatment (a few hours apart from each other) to give the good bacteria an advantage over the bad bacteria!     • How Long Does it Take For the Probiotics to Work?

      • While results vary from woman to woman, most of our customers will start to see a difference within 3-4 weeks of taking the probiotics on a daily basis, for others it may take longer. It's very important to keep taking the probiotics so you can constantly give your body the good bacteria count that it needs to naturally fight and stop recurring BV, yeast infections, and UTIs. Our recommendation is to take the probiotics for at least 4-6 months to rebuild the good bacteria needed to naturally protect you from bacterial vaginosis, yeast infections, and UTIs.

    • Do The Probiotics Need To Be Refrigerated?

      • No, our probiotics are shelf-stable and they do not need to be refrigerated.

    • Is your manufacturing facility GMP certified?

    • I'm Not Great At Taking Pills, Can I Open The Capsule?

      • Yes, you can absolutely open the capsule and mix it with food/drink/smoothie. Our probiotics are resistant to stomach acid and they do not require the coating to be effective.

    • What's the Difference Between the 15 Billion & 50 Billion Probiotics and Which Formula Should I Take?

      • The main difference is the potency of each formula. The 50 Billion CFU contains a larger amount of good bacteria. If you are suffering from chronic BV, yeast infections, or UTIs (chronic means 2 or more infections within 6 months), we absolutely recommend you take the 50 Billion CFU probiotics for a higher potency formula.
        If you do not have chronic infections (less than 2 infections in a 6 months period), you can take the 15 Billion CFU probiotics.

    • Will I Have to Take the Probiotics Forever?

      • Our best advice is for you to not stress out right now about having to take the probiotics forever. We do recommend taking the probiotics consistently for at least 4-6 months to replenish & build the good bacteria colony in your body (if you've taken antibiotics in the past, you'll definitely need to rebuild your good bacteria count to prevent future vaginal infections!).
        We have customers that choose to include the probiotics in their daily vitamin routine while others only take the probiotics when they feel a BV/yeast infections/UTI flareup.

    • Do the Probiotics Interfere With the Effectiveness of Oral/Hormonal Birth Control?

      • Our probiotics will not interfere with the effectiveness of any birth control (oral/hormonal/or non hormonal). We only use good bacteria strains that are naturally found in the vagina & body which will help you create a natural defense system against bad bacteria and yeast overgrowth by creating a healthy vaginal pH level of 3.5-4.5. This healthy pH level makes it very difficult for bad bacteria and yeast to overgrow and cause BV, yeast infections, or UTIs.

    • When Should I Take the Wild Oregano Oil Supplement?

      • The wild oregano oil should not be taken for more than 7 consecutive days at a time. The best time to take the wild oregano oil is when you feel like an infection like BV or a yeast infection is coming your way. The wild oregano oil may help to fight off the bad bacteria and help you resolve the flare up.

    • How Can I Change My Shipping Address?

      • Please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to change the original shipping address that was provided to us. Please understand that if your order has already shipped out, we will not be able to make any changes to the order or shipping address.

    • What If My Order Wasn't Delivered?

      • We're so sorry if you haven’t received your order. Although it's rare, USPS sometimes is unable to deliver your order for various reasons. Please make sure you check with your neighbor, any mailroom/package rooms, and/or other household members who may have your order. Please check those options first. If you're still unable to locate the package, please contact us here so we can step in and help! 

        Please contact us within 14 days of your marked delivery date, any inquiries sent to us after that will have to be handled by you directly with the shipping carrier.
