Like many women, I too, struggled with recurring BV (Bacterial Vaginosis) and could not find a way to get rid of it!
To my surprise, I quickly realized there is no cure for BV, and the only thing my OB/GYN could offer me was antibiotics. After the first 2 weeks of antibiotics, my BV did go away, but then it kept coming back, week after week! This happened over and over for months, until I decided it wasn’t healthy for me to continue taking antibiotics on a regular basis. (Since they destroy all the good AND bad bacteria in our bodies)
After some research, and speaking with my OB/GYN, I realized that millions of women (23 million women in the USA each year to be exact) also suffer from BV, Yeast Infections (YI) and UTIs just like me, and millions of them also have recurring BV, with no solution or remedy in sight! Everything on the market currently for BV involves mystery creams, ointments, and even boric acid. (Trust me, I tried them all and they didn't help!) There was no at-home, non-chemical, non-hormonal, non-invasive remedies out there, so I did everything I could to come up with a solution to rid myself of BV, and that's how V-Luxe was created.
I spent hours researching everything we currently know about BV, YI (Yeast Infections), & UTIs, what works, what doesn't work, where other companies are cutting corners, and what I/women really wanted in a solution. There was no primary resource on the internet for women like me to break down what I was going through, clear facts, or definitions even! Most probiotic companies out there offer 1-5 Billion CFU counts with either no guarantee at all, or perhaps a guarantee at the time of production! (This means we have no idea what the CFU count is by the time you receive the probiotics, or if they can stay alive long enough for you to get any benefit out of them) There are thousands of different probiotic strains out there, but why hasn't anyone specifically compiled the BEST ones to battle BV, YI and UTIs, and put them in one, normal sized probiotic!? (We did this!)
After hours of research and tests, I finally found a formula that worked for me. My BV was GONE in roughly 6 weeks (and never returned!), and I knew I had to share this with as many women as I possibly could.
My mission now is to help as many other women as possible suffering from recurring BV (bacterial vaginosis) infections, YI (yeast infections), UTIs (Urinary Tract Infections) and/or overall vaginal discomfort.
