- We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $20 or more in the contiguous United States.
- For orders under $20 we offer USPS shipping for a flat fee of $3.95.
International Shipping
- Please contact us first for international orders. International shipping is provided by USPS International.
Shipping Insurance
- We highly recommend you opt in to our shipping insurance option. It's a small fee that will be extremely helpful in case your order gets lost in transit.
Shipping Issues?
- Please contact us within 30 days of placing your order if you're having any issues with the shipping/order. For example: order marked as delivered but was never received, item/s arrived damaged, etc.
- Please note that V-Luxe will not offer a refund for lost orders. We'd be happy to contact the shipping carrier on your behalf and offer a replacement order if the shipping carrier cannot locate your lost order. Please note that if you did not opt in to include our shipping insurance, we may not be able to offer you a free replacement. We highly encourage you to include the shipping insurance in your order.

- All orders are shipped out as soon as possible. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has shipped (tracking number/s included). You can easily check on your order status (and re-order) by signing into your account here on MyVluxe.com.
