Return Policy

We hope you love your order, but we do understand that all bodies and journeys are different. If you change your mind and your order is unopened and unused, you have 30 days from delivery to return the item/s back to us for a refund. No questions asked.

 

Be-Gone BV, YI, & UTI Probiotics: 30-Day & 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Our satisfaction guarantee applies only to our 15 Billion CFU or 50 Billion CFU Be-Gone BV Probiotics, when purchased individually, not within a starter kit or a subscription.
  • The satisfaction guarantee does not apply when you purchase the V-Luxe Starter Kit (for BV, yeast infections, or UTI) or a subscription. 
  • How does the satisfaction guarantee works?! You will need to try our 15 Billion CFU or 50 Billion CFU probiotics for at least 60 consecutive days. We ask you to stay committed as the probiotics might take 6-8 weeks to make a difference in your vaginal health. Consistency pays off to help build the good bacteria that will create a healthy vaginal pH level of between 3.5 - 4.5. 
  • If after taking the probiotics for 60 consecutive days, you have not noticed a difference with your vaginal health, please email us at hello@myvluxe.com so we can verify your shipping details and send you one free 30 day supply bottle of the item you previously ordered. If you ordered the 15 Billion CFU probiotics, we will send you a 30 day supply of the 15 Billion CFU bottle. If you ordered the 50 Billion CFU bottle, we will send you a 30 day supply of the 50 Billion CFU bottle. 
  • Please note that you will need to place an initial order of the 60 day supply larger bottle, or two orders of the 30 day supply bottles to qualify for the satisfaction guarantee. 
  • We're extremely confident in our probiotics and believe that with enough time to let them colonize in the vagina and work, you will see a difference! 
  • The satisfaction guarantee applies to 1 item per customer.  Multiple requests for multiple orders/items will be denied.

All Other Items: Return Policy

  • Due to the sensitive nature of our items, only unopened and unused (NEW) items can be returned for a full refund. (Opened supplements/probiotics and/or anything used cannot be refunded or returned).
    The only exception is if you purchased our Probiotics that are covered under our 30-day & 60-day money back guarantee.

  • Original shipping charges and shipping insurance (if applicable, such as flat rate/express/international shipping and/or import taxes) will not be refunded.
  • A $9.95 restocking fee will be applied to all returned orders.
  • If you'd like us to send you a shipping label, please note that a $9.95 fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Please include your order number with your return. If you don't include your order number, we won't be able to submit a credit/refund for your order.
  • You have 30 days from the marked delivery date to start your return process.

    Note: For security reasons we are only able to refund to your original form of payment (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, etc)

 

Return Policy Frequently Asked Questions:

  • How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
    • We will process your refund within 5-10 business days of your return arriving back to our warehouse (you'll receive an email notification when that happens). From there, it can take up to two weeks for your refund to be credited back to your original payment method.

  • What if my debit/credit card was lost or has expired?
    • If your debit or credit card was cancelled or has expired since you purchased your product/s, then your bank should still redirect the funds back to you. This can take up to 7 business days. If the refund takes longer than 7 business days, we recommend reaching out to your bank.
